When you provide personal information via FSA’ website (https://filship.org/), personally appearing in any of our offices for application, taking part in any of FSA’s research or surveys, attending to FSA events, or by any other method, FSA collects information enabling FSA to provide the user the opportunities for collaboration and better support.

  2. Determine support and assistance required for FSA sponsored and/or hosted events;

What type of information FSA collects?

The information includes, but not limited to the following:

  1. Basic personal and professional information (e.g. your name, date of birth, office address, company name, position); and
  2. Contact details (e.g. email address, mobile phone number, telephone number).

The confidentiality and security of your information is important to us. All information captured by FSA is stored securely at all times and will not be provided to any unauthorized third parties.

  4. Your information may continue to be stored, processed and/or shared for five (5) years from the conclusion of your last transaction with any member of FSA or until the expiration of the retention limits set by applicable law, whichever comes later.
